All orders received by 3pm are shipped 7 working days after receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm when your item has been shipped. Please ask if you need your item shipped earlier and we will try to accommodate this if at all possible.
All orders within Australia are shipping by Australia Post Registered Mail and require a signature upon receipt.
Shipping and Handling Costs: $18.00 per hat for Medium Box; $25.00 per hat for Large Box.
Each hat is packaged in a Suzy O'Rourke Hat box.

Capital Cities: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA - 2 - 3 working days
Capital Cities: WA, TAS - 2 - 5 working days (usually ships in 2 - 3 working days)
Regional Areas: 2-7 working days

International shipping is available to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom orders.
All items purchased for overseas delivery will have a postage rate charged according to weight. We use Australia Post for our International shipping. Please allow 7 - 21 days for receipt of items depending on your location (please note items can take longer than 3 weeks if they are subject to Customs delays).
All rates are in Australian dollars.
All orders require a signature upon receipt so please have items shipped to a location you will be present (i.e. Business address) between 9am and 5pm. Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Out Of Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as 'out of stock' on the website.
