RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for visiting Suzy O’Rourke. It is our intention to provide you with a seamless buying experience and for you to be delighted with your purchase. The majority of items we sell are fine art and as such they require careful review before purchasing online.   Most artwork is one of a kind.  If you have any questions or concerns about a piece, please contact us for additional photos and details prior to purchase, we would love to answer any questions. 

Suzy O’Rourke will not accept returns unless your item is deemed faulty, has been incorrectly described or is different to the items you have ordered. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure the highest level of quality. 

Returns will not be accepted on any item damaged by you or if you simply change your mind.  Returned items must be unused in their original condition with the tag still attached, original packaging and original receipt. If an item is defective or faulty a claim must be made by email within 7 days of receipt of the item, any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.

It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item and we recommend the item be sent back via registered post or courier as we take no responsibility for the loss of returned items in transit.

We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Please note colours are represented as close as possible on our online store, please keep in mind colours may vary on computer screens. 

Please email suzy@suzyorourke.com.au for any issues and allow up to 7 days for a reply. Please ensure you have a received a return or exchange approval before you send back your item or they will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with in 7 days.
